Committees are where much of The Forum’s critical work gets done. Members are encouraged to join a committee and become involved in The Forum’s varied projects and programs. Each member’s participation contributes to the overall success of the organization and its mission to promote the advancement of professional and executive women in the Greater Philadelphia region. Committee membership also provides members an opportunity to make lasting friendships, learn new skills and develop professional networks.
The Forum has seven committees which invite participation by the general Forum membership. They are Engagement; Executive Suites; Mentoring; Program; Public Sector Leadership and Sponsorship. Other working committees of The Forum – the Executive, Finance and Membership Committees – are comprised of women who are appointed and asked to volunteer their services on behalf of the organization.
