Committees

Committees are where much of The Forum’s critical work gets done. Members are encouraged to join a committee and become involved in The Forum’s varied projects and programs. Each member’s participation contributes to the overall success of the organization and its mission to promote the advancement of professional and executive women in the Greater Philadelphia region. Committee membership also provides members an opportunity to make lasting friendships, learn new skills and develop professional networks.  

The Forum  has eight committees which invite participation by the general Forum membership. They are EI² -External Impact and Influence Initiative, Engagement; Membership; Mentoring; Program, Sponsorship Strategic Outreach, Strategic Communications Committee and Women in Corporate Leadership.  For descriptions of all of the committees, click here.  For meeting dates and committee news for a specific committee, click on the appropriate page link found at the left side of this page.

Other working committees of The Forum – the Executive, Finance, Governance and Nominating Committees – are comprised of women who are appointed and asked to volunteer their services on behalf of the organization.
