The mission of the Executive Suites Committee is to increase the number of women serving on public company boards of directors and in the executive suites of regional companies. The committee creates and implements research, education and direct outreach initiatives that help CEOs and boards of directors to recognize the value of having women in key governance and decision-making positions.

Committee activities include:
- Research and publication of an annual report on the status of women in the top public companies in the region.
- Direct outreach to targeted area companies to discuss and encourage the election of women to their boards.
- Coordination with the ION network (a national collaborative group comprised of other like-minded organizations in key cities across the U.S.) to advance women on boards and in C-Suites across the country.
Committee member responsibilities include:
- Attend the monthly meetings.
- Actively participate on one of the sub-committees that work on various projects.

- Women on Boards Recruitment
