Membership Application Information

Those interested in learning more about how to apply for membership should contact Jane Barr Pino, Forum Administrator, at 215-628-9944, and request application and membership information.

Applicants must obtain sponsorship from two Forum members. Please follow the guidelines listed on the application form.To print out a Sponsor's Questionnaire, click here.

Processing of applications takes one to two months. All materials must be received in The Forum office before the application is forwarded to the Membership Committee for a decision. Applicants will be notified once a decision has been made. 

Dues are $475 per year, with program fees charged separately.
