Forum programs are aligned with the organization's mission to "leverage the power of executive women in the Greater Philadelphia region to expand the impact and influence of women leaders" and range from candid discussions among members to debates by major political candidates. The programs support The Forum's goal of providing an opportunity for the exchange of views and information and supporting members as they seek, attain and fulfill leadership roles within the community.
