Dear Contractor,
The Women’s Bureau (WB) was created by law in 1920 to formulate standards and policies to promote the welfare of wage-earning women, improve their working conditions, increase their efficiency, and advance their opportunities for profitable employment
The U.S. Department of Labor Women’s Bureau, Region III office in Philadelphia is accepting proposals for several contract services. The Women’s Bureau is looking to contract with experienced planners to develop and create upcoming programs on the following topics:
- A National Dialogue on Workplace Flexibility
- Financial Literacy for Latinas
- An Intergenerational Dialogue for Women
In order to be considered for a contract for any of the above programs, you must submit a proposal according to the information provided in the Women’s Bureau’s Statement of Work attachments. All proposals must be submitted by
COB Tuesday, September 14, 2010. Anything submitted after the deadline will not be considered. All proposals are to be sent by e-mail to Ms. Rose Holandez, Senior Program Analyst at
holandez.rose@dol.gov . When e-mailing your proposal, please put the following title in the subject line:
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION. Please note it is possible to submit a proposal for more than one program.
